Easy is good and so is this recipe from Recipe 4 Living.
Just put it in the Crock Post and go have your fun. When ou get ready, it will be ready. This is so easy to put together, but good enough, that you could fool anybody thinking you had spent most of the day in the kitchen. Shhhh....Don't tell

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    beef top round steak, boneless
  • 2 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 (10) oz
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small
    can of diced tomatoes

How to Make Crock Pot Swiss Steak

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the steak into four serving size pieces. Place in crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 6 to 8 hours. This makes lots of gravy to go over rice or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
