Takes a little bit of time to make but they are worth it! My husband and I really enjoy these. I got the recipe off of the internet and then I added some of my own ingredients to change them around a bit. Hope you enjoy them as much as we did!
1Cook ground beef & onion. Cook spanish rice. Mix together the beef, onions, rice and seasonings well. Cut top off of peppers and hollow out any seeds. Stuff peppers with equal portions of the ground beef mixture. Place stuffed peppers in crockpot and pour the can of Italian seasoned tomatoes around and over them. Cover with spaghetti sauce and cook on low 6 hours or until peppers are tender. Cover tops with cheddar cheese and let it melt and then serve.
