I was in the mood for something spicy tonight, but didn't really feel like cooking. Crock Pot to the rescue! Hope you enjoy this chili with a hint of chocolate.

How to Make Crock Pot Spicy Chili

  • 1Use cooking spray to coat inside of cock pot.
  • 2In skillet, lightly brown ground beef. Do not over cook, it will finish cooking in crock pot. You are mostly doing this to break up the meat.
  • 3Then add ingredients to crock pot in order listed. Cook on high for 1 hour, then stir to thoroughly combine all ingredients.
  • 4Continue to cook on high for another 4 hours. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
  • 5NOTE: Can be cooked on low for 6 - 8 hours or done entirely on stovetop.
