Crock Pot Salsa Beef, Pork Or Chicken
Just got a great idea from Linda- below; try it with chicken. I would like to try it with green salsa verde' or green enchilada sauce :)
- beef roast, any kind 2-6 lbs, chicken or pork
- 1 large
- salsa or picante sauce, red or green
How to Make Crock Pot Salsa Beef, Pork Or Chicken
- 1Place the roast in the crock pot. Tip: use a Reynolds crock pot liner for easy clean up.
- 2Pour the salsa over the meat. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours. You can eat in pieces, or shred and use in any mexican dish. Great for nachos:)
