Awesome! So easy and delicious! That is what everyone says who eats this tender beef. Great to use for burrritos, tacos, etc. Or just eat it by itself with tortilla chips and cheese. Just got a great idea from Linda- below; try it with chicken. I would like to try it with green salsa verde' or green enchilada sauce :)

Ingredients
- 1 - beef roast, any kind 2-6 lbs, chicken or pork
- 1 large salsa or picante sauce, red or green
How To Make crock pot salsa beef, pork or chicken

Step 1Place the roast in the crock pot. Tip: use a Reynolds crock pot liner for easy clean up.

Step 2Pour the salsa over the meat. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours. You can eat in pieces, or shred and use in any mexican dish. Great for nachos:)
