Crock Pot Salsa Beef, Pork Or Chicken

Angie Robinson

Awesome! So easy and delicious! That is what everyone says who eats this tender beef. Great to use for burrritos, tacos, etc. Or just eat it by itself with tortilla chips and cheese.

Just got a great idea from Linda- below; try it with chicken. I would like to try it with green salsa verde' or green enchilada sauce :)

1Place the roast in the crock pot. Tip: use a Reynolds crock pot liner for easy clean up.
