Ingredients
- 5 pounds chuck roast
- 2 - cans french onion soup
- 16 ounces beer
- 2 ounces whiskey
- 2 - beef bouillon, cubes
How To Make crock pot roast beef

Step 1Braise roast in 400 degree oven for one hour.

Step 2Add all ingredients together with roast in crockpot.

Step 3Stir a bit and simmer 4-5 hours.

Step 4Note: Roast can be cut up in chunks to fit in crockpot. After simmering total time it will be very tender and broken in pieces.

Step 5May be served on buns with Au Jus or with potatoes and vegetables.
