Ingredients
- 4 pounds chuck roast
- 2 packages beefy mushroom soup mix (or onion mushroom if you can't find it)
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 pounds mini 3 color potatoes
- 2 pounds mini carrots
How To Make crock pot pot roast, my way

Step 1Put the beef roast in the bottom of the Crock Pot. Top with potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle soup mixes on top. Pour water over.

Step 2Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.

Step 3Meat should fall apart on its own!

Step 43.1.25 Made with 2 onion mushroom soup mixes, 2 beefy onion soup mix. 2 pounds mini potatoes, 2 pounds mini carrots, 4 cups water, just shy of 4 lbs roast. High 5 hours. Turned off at midnight. Eating 3.2.25, warming up to heat.
