Ingredients
- 1 Lrg bottle beer
- 1 package liptons onion soup
- 1 - pot roast, chuck or other.
- some - flour
- - salt, pepper and garlic powder, oil
How To Make crock pot... pot roast in beer

Step 1flour and season both sides of the roast and brown in a few TBLSPS of oil. Place in a crock pot surround by halved and peeled potatoes, cleaned carrots and halved onions. Pour beer in crock pot for fluid. Put an envelope of Liptons Onion Soup over the roast. Cook on high around six to eight hours or all day on low. Beer in crock pot makes wonderful gravy.
