  • 3-31/2 pounds beef rump roast
  • 1 package good seasons italian salad dressing mix
  • 1-16 oz. jar pepperoncini peppers, juice included
  • 1 can beef broth

How To Make crock pot pepperoncini beef

  • Step 1
    Place roast in crock pot. Mix salad dressing packet, peppers and beef broth. Pour over roast
  • Step 2
    Cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred and serve on buns.
