onion, finely chopped
garlic clove, minced

mushrooms, finely chopped

summer squash, shredded
1 c
carrots, shredded
1/2 tsp
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c
bread crumbs
1 1/2 c
1 can(s)
golden mushroom soup

How to Make Crock Pot Meatloaf


  • 1Soak bread or cracker crumbs in milk.
  • 2Mix meat, seasonings and vegetables add soaked crumbs mix thoroughly.
  • 3Make meat mixture into loaf and pour the soup over top.
  • 4Bake in crock pot 10 to 12 hours on low.
  • 5If using oven, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  • 6Note: If you have a food processor, make the cracker or bread crumbs with the metal blade first, add them to the milk, then use the shredding blade to shred the vegetables.
