I saw this lonesome orphaned recipe needing a home, and now it has one. :) After I make it I'll come back and post any changes. If you try it before me,please let me know your thoughts about this. Thank you. :)

Ingredients

1.5 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 - egg
2 packages brown gravy mix
- hot cooked rice

How To Make crock pot meatballs with gravy

Step 1

Combine first 7 ingredients to make 1 inch meatballs.

Step 2

Brown in a skillet.
Step 3

Drain fat.
Step 4

Place in a crockpot.
Step 5

Cover.
Step 6

Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or can be kept on all day.
Step 7

When ready to serve, prepare gravy mix as directed on the package and pour into meatballs.
Step 8

Stir.
Step 9

Serve over rice.
