Crock Pot London Broil

I serve this with lightly peppered, drained canned corn and peas cooked in 2 Tbsp butter till heated thru.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


2 lb
london broil
1 pkg
ranch style dressing mix
1 pkg
au jus gravy mix
6 medium
pepperoncini peppers
1/2 stick
butter, cut up
8 medium
red potatoes, whole


1spray bottom and sides of a 6 quart oval crock pot with cooking spray to make clean up easier.
2place london broil in bottom of crock pot.
3sprinkle the ranch dressing mix on the meat. spread it around so it covers the top.
4sprinkle the au jus mix on the meat. spread it around so it covers the ranch mix.
5remove stems and place the pepperoncini on top of the powdered mixes.
6add the cut up butter to the top of the mixes.
7add the potatoes around the outer edge of the meat. does not have to sit on bottom. DO NOT ADD ANY LIQUID!!!!
8cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Remove potatoes. Cut meat into serving pieces and stir into sauce in bottom of crock pot. return potatoes to pot. serve
