I sooo love this gravy, its the best i have put together!! I also prefer to use London Broil meat above all else due to it is sooo tender and doesnt have alot of fat. I hope you enjoy this as much as I have. I have also used Beef Tips or Stew Beef and do it the same as London Broil and make with rice. I had to do it a different way due to my grandfather not eating mushrooms, so I put the meat in a bowl, and strained out the mushrooms so he would eat it. The next day I recieved a phone call from him telling me that was the best meat and gravy he has had since 1942. So I am taking that as he loved it? Thanks, and have a great day!

Ingredients

  • 1 can - beef consomme
  • 1 can - cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can - beefy mushroom
  • 1 - london broil (anysize)
  • - salt and pepper
  • - garlic powder

How To Make crock pot london broil and gravy

  • Step 1
    Put a crock pot back in your crock pot, rinse your meat and place it in the crock pot.
  • Step 2
    Mix all your soups together and add your salt pepper and garlic and pour over your meat.
  • Step 3
    Cook on low for approx 6-8 hrs. Or high for about 4-6 Depends on how fast or slow your pot cooks.
  • Step 4
    Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes and its the best gravy and meat you have ever had.
