Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 6-8 - russet potatoes
- 2-3 - yellow onions
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
How To Make crock pot hamburger and potatoes

Step 1peel and thinly slice potatoes, depending on the size and your crockpot will depend on how many potatoes and onions. Peel and thinly slice onions

Step 2Brown hamburger in a skillet add any seasoning you like, drain off excess grease

Step 3Place 1/2 the hamburger in bottom of crockpot, top with 1/2 the potatoes and 1/2 the onions. if using mushrooms drain and 1/2 the jar. Repeat layer. Top with mushroom soup. cook on high for 5-6 hours till potatoes are soft. DO NOT stir!!!!!
