Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 can 27 oz whole green chilis, drained well
- 1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes, drained well
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 - beef bouillon, cubes
- 1/2 can beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
How To Make crock pot green chili

Step 1add about half a can of beef broth into crock pot with the bouillon cubes.

Step 2Add drained tomatoes and green chilis that have been drained and rough chopped.

Step 3Add chopped onion, garlic, oregano and beef. Stir well, cover and cook for 8 hours on low. You can also cook on high for 4 hours but I think the flavor is better on low heat.

Step 4This makes liquid as it cooks so don't be tempted to add additional, especially if you are going to roll into burritos. If you like it spicy use the seeds from the green chilis.
