Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Add to Grocery List

2 lb
beef stew meat, cut in bite size pieces
1 can(s)
27 oz whole green chilis, drained well
1 can(s)
28 oz diced tomatoes, drained well
2 clove
garlic, chopped
1 medium
onion, chopped
beef bouillon, cubes
1/2 can(s)
beef broth
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried

How to Make Crock Pot Green Chili

  • 1add about half a can of beef broth into crock pot with the bouillon cubes.
  • 2Add drained tomatoes and green chilis that have been drained and rough chopped.
  • 3Add chopped onion, garlic, oregano and beef. Stir well, cover and cook for 8 hours on low. You can also cook on high for 4 hours but I think the flavor is better on low heat.
  • 4This makes liquid as it cooks so don't be tempted to add additional, especially if you are going to roll into burritos. If you like it spicy use the seeds from the green chilis.
