My son made this dish for us one night. It was awesome! We had potatoes and a veggie with it the first night and made burritos with the leftovers.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef flank steaks, diced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cans diced greed chilies
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon montreal steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cans pinto beans, drained
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
How To Make crock pot flank steak

Step 1In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown steak in oil. Transfer to crock pot.

Step 2In the same skillet, saute onion for a minute or two. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over Flank Steak. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or until the meat is tender. Slice meat and serve with the onion and pan juices.
