I have made this for nearly 40 years. Always a hit! This is a family favorite. My children are grown and married now, but still request this meal often. Add a salad and some dinner rolls.

2 lbcubed stew meat

2 Tbspvegetable oil

3 Tbspflour
-
salt
-
pepper

1 pkgmccormick beef stew dry mix

4 cwater

1 pkgegg noodles
How To Make crock pot easy beef & noodles

1Salt and pepper and dredge in flour the meat. In skillet add 2 tbl of oil and brown meat over medium heat.

2Once browned place in crock pot, add water and beef stew dry mix. Stir well. Put on lid and cook on low 5-7 hrs.

3Cook pasta according to pkg directions.

4Thicken gravy in crock pot if needed. Serve meat and gravy over pasta. Can serve over mashed potatoes or rice if preferred.
