Ingredients
- 1 - beef flank steak
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- - salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon sazon seasoning or sub 1/2 tsp accent
- 1 can 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce, small can
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
How To Make crock pot cuban flank steak (ropa vieja)

Step 1Place everything in a crock pot and cook on low about 8 hours. The meat should pull apart with a fork.

Step 2When done, move the meat to a serving bowl. Pour sauce into a sauce pan and bring to a boil on the stove. Reduce by about 1/2.

Step 3While the sauce is reducing shred the meat with a fork. Pour the sauce over the meat and serve with rice.
