Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 pounds round steak
- 4 sticks celery
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 2 - onions, yellow, medium, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 can bean sprouts or chinese vegetables
- 1 can mushrooms, 4 ounces
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Step 1Put steak strips, celery, onions, beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire in crock pot. Stir well, cover and cook on low 8-10 hours (high 3-4 hours).

Step 2One hour before serving, turn to high and add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cook just until thickened.
