Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 can light red kidney beans
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans
  • 2 boxes vegetable or beef stock
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • - chili powder, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • dash hot sauce
  • 2 boxes macaroni and cheese

How To Make crock pot chili mac

  • Step 1
    Set boxes of mac & cheese aside until last hour of cooking.
  • Step 2
    Brown ground beef, drain. Place browned meat in crock pot.
  • Step 3
    Add beans, stock, tomato paste, and seasonings to crock pot. Stir to combine.
  • Step 4
    Place lid on crock pot; set to high and cook for 5 hours.
  • Step 5
    Add boxes of mac & cheese; stir & replace lid. Leave setting on high and cook for 1 hour; stirring about every 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Turn setting to warm until ready to serve.
