Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    brandy
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced dried onions
  • 1 c
    barbecue sauce, bottle
  • 1/2 c
    water

How to Make Crock Pot Brandy Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients and make into meatballs.
  2. Brown.
  3. Put into crockpot.
  4. Mix together the last 5 ingredients and pour over meatballs and cook for 5 to 6 hours.
