Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef tips
  • 1 - family size can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 - regular cans campbell's french onion soup
  • 2 - regular cans campbell's cream of celery soup
  • 2 teaspoons beef boullion granules
  • 3 teaspoons montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 - packages fresh baby bella mushrooms
  • 1 - 1 pounds bag baby carrots

How To Make crock pot beef tips & gravy

  • Step 1
    Cook your beef tips in a heated pan just to brown the outsides.
  • Step 2
    Dump the beef tips in the crock pot with the cans of soup. Stir.
  • Step 3
    Cook on high for 5 hours or low for at least 8 hours. (If you want to put in veggies like mushrooms or carrots, add them in during the last couple hours of cooking.)
  • Step 4
    When it's done, add your bouillon and Montreal Steak seasoning to the gravy and mix well. Serve on top of mashed potatoes.
