crock pot beef tips and rice
This recipe is from my Step Mom Delorse. This is so good, I had to share it. Cook on low for 8 hours or cook on high for 4 hours.

Ingredients
- - beef chuck roast
- - garlic powder
- - salt
- - flour
- - oil
- - rice
How To Make crock pot beef tips and rice

Step 1Cut Chuck Roast into bite size pieces

Step 2Season meat with garlic powder and salt

Step 3Coat meat with flour

Step 4Heat oil in skillet

Step 5Fry flour coated meat in pan until lightly browned

Step 6Place browned meat in crock pot

Step 7Once, all meat is browned. Use left over flour and brown it in the left over oil.

Step 8Pour browned flour in crock pot

Step 9Add enough water to barely cover the meat

Step 10Cook on low for 8 hours or cook on high for 4 hours. Stir every couple of hours

Step 11When the meat is done, cook rice according to package.

Step 12Serve with Beef Tips covering the rice.
