• Step 1
  Stir together, not sour cream, and place in crock pot. Cook in crock pot on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is very tender. I do cut my meat in small cubes.
• Step 2
  When done, stir in 1 cup sour cream. Heat through. Serve over noodles.
