  • 1 1/2 lb
    lean chuck or round steak, cut in strips
  • 1/3 c
    flour
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 large
    onion, sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    (1 lb) tomatoes
  • 1 jar(s)
    (4 oz) mushrooms,sliced
  • 3 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 pkg
    frozen green beans

How to Make Crock Pot Beef & Beans

Step-by-Step

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper.Toss steak strips with flour, put in crock Pot. Add onion, tomatoes, mushrooms and soy sauce. Cover and cook in crock pot for 8 to 10 hours on low. Add green beans 30 to 45 minutes before serving. Delicious served over rice.
