This is a favorite one dish wonder and it require no fuss. A favorite of my husband and son....and living in the south, it doesn't heat the house and doesn't require the use of a grill....

Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds chuck roast
- - salt
- - pepper
- - onion powder
- - garlic powder
- 1 bottle favorite bbq sauce ( i use sweet baby ray's original)
How To Make crock pot barbeque beef

Step 1place roast in crock pot and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

Step 2turn crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours until it falls apart. (I do this overnight)

Step 3when roast is done, take out of crock pot and shred beef with two forks or your fingers. Drain juices out of insert place shredded beef back in, add 1 bottle of bbq sauce, turn crock pot back on low and cook for a couple more hours, stirring occasionally. Serve on hamburger buns or over cooked rice....
