    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c
    oats, quick cooking
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can(s)
    mushroom pieces
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 large
  • 1 pkg
    egg noodles

How to Make creamy mushroom meatballs


  1. mix beef, dry soup mix, oats, worcester, and egg shape into palm sized meatballs
  2. in seperate bowl mis mushroom soup, milk, and mushrooms. set aside.
  3. lightly brown meatballs on all sides in frying pan
  4. place meatballs in cassarole dish pour soup mix over top. cover with lid or foil.
  5. bake in oven at 350 for 45 min or until hot and bubbly.
  6. cook pasta according to package
  7. serve over pasta.
