this was a favorite growing up and now my picky middle child loves them.

1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
1/2 c
oats, quick cooking
1 1/2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
2 can(s)
mushroom pieces
1/4 c
1 large
1 pkg
egg noodles

How to Make creamy mushroom meatballs


  • 1mix beef, dry soup mix, oats, worcester, and egg shape into palm sized meatballs
  • 2in seperate bowl mis mushroom soup, milk, and mushrooms. set aside.
  • 3lightly brown meatballs on all sides in frying pan
  • 4place meatballs in cassarole dish pour soup mix over top. cover with lid or foil.
  • 5bake in oven at 350 for 45 min or until hot and bubbly.
  • 6cook pasta according to package
  • 7serve over pasta.
