  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 2 Tbsp
    snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c
    apple juice
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    cooked brown rice

    Combine crumbs, egg, milk, onion and salt.

    Add beef; mix well.

    Shape mixture into 20 meatballs; place in 15 x 10 x 1\" pan.
