Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
- fresh parsley, for garnish
How To Make creamy ground beef noodle skillet

Step 1Place the ground beef in a large skillet. Brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain. Add 1 Tbsp butter and add the onions and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms have given up their moisture and the onions are translucent. Add the garlic; cook 30 seconds.

Step 2Stir in the soup, sour cream, cheese, and milk. Add the lemon juice and all of the spices. Mix well over low heat.

Step 3Add the beef back into the skillet and mix. Stir in the cooked noodles and mix. Finally, add the last Tbsp. butter and stir. Serve garnished with parsley.
