If you've had a busy day and need a quick, yet delicious, meal...this is for you! My family likes to call it "Homemade Hamburger Helper" but so much better! Serve with warm rolls and a salad and you have a wonderful, satisfying meal for the whole family.

Ingredients
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 4 oz. cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb. - lean ground beef
- 1 (10.8oz) can golden mushroom soup
- 1 cup half and half or milk
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons salt (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika (for a little color)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 oz. - cooked noodles (about 1/2 of a 16 oz. pkg.)
How To Make creamy ground beef and noodles

Step 1Sauté onion and mushrooms in olive oil, in nonstick skillet until onions are translucent, approximately 5-7 minutes. Add ground beef; stirring to break up meat until meat is cooked through, about 8 minutes.

Step 2Add soup, milk, salt, pepper, paprika and butter; heat through and stir occasionally, for about 5 minutes.

Step 3Add cooked noodles and stir gently to combine.
