A friend gave this recipe to me about 25 years ago and it is still one of our favorite meals.It is a good recipe to have when you need a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1
onion, chopped
1 (12) oz
can evaported milk
1
can cream of chicken soup
1
can cream of mushroom soup
1
bag of nacho chips
1
small can chopped chili peppers
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Nelda's Creamy Enchiladas

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion together, drain excess oil. Add the milk, both soups and peppers to the ground beef. In a 9"x13" baking dish put a layer of nacho chips, top with the half the meat mixture and top with the half the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers and bake for 20 minutes.
