Ingredients
- 4 - beef cubed steaks
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 medium onion, peeled and rough chopped
- 3 - celery stalks, cut in 2" x 1/2" sticks
- 4 medium waxy potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make creamy cubed steak and vegetables

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown steaks well in oil in a large skillet. Place in a 9 x 13" glass baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine soups and consomme and mix well. Add cut up vegetables and seasonings and stir to combine. Pour over meat in baking dish.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees F. for 65-75 mins until cubed steak is tender, celery sticks are beginning to soften, and potatoes are tender. Serve with liquid from dish as gravy.
