Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- - salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 8 ounces noodles cooked in boiling salted water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons salt
How To Make creamy burger & peas over buttered noodles

Step 1Brown the ground beef with onions and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Drain. In a separate pan melt the butter and stir in the flour and make a roux and cook 5 minutes.

Step 2slowly add the half and half whisking until thick. Stir in the sour cream. Pour over the burger mixture and add the peas. Cook for about 4 minutes.

Step 3Cook the noodles and drain add the butter and salt. Serve the beef pea mixture over the buttered noodles
