Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 16 ounces tub of reduced fat sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic-pressed or crushed
How To Make creamy beef strogganoff

Step 1In a Non Stick 10" Skillet,brown ground beef on medium-hig-high heat until no longer pink;drain off fat.Reduce heat, Stir in chopped onion until onion is soft. mix in garlic. Stir in 1/2 of sour cream until combined,then stir in other 1/2 of the sour cream.Heat thorough. Salt to taste.

Step 2Spoon over Rice or cooked egg noodles. This is a main dish, so, side of green salad or green beans are suggested! ENJOY!
