    ground beef
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 can(s)
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz
    tub of reduced fat sour cream
  • 2 clove
    garlic-pressed or crushed

How to Make Creamy Beef Strogganoff


  1. In a Non Stick 10" Skillet,brown ground beef on medium-hig-high heat until no longer pink;drain off fat.Reduce heat, Stir in chopped onion until onion is soft. mix in garlic. Stir in 1/2 of sour cream until combined,then stir in other 1/2 of the sour cream.Heat thorough. Salt to taste.
  2. Spoon over Rice or cooked egg noodles. This is a main dish, so, side of green salad or green beans are suggested! ENJOY!
