Ingredients

  • 2 # - ground beef
  • 1 cup - corn flake crumbs
  • 1/3 cup - parsley flakes
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 Tbsp - soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1/3 cup - ketshup
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp - grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp - salt and pepper
  • 1 can - jellied cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp - brown sugar
  • 1-12oz - jar chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice

How To Make cranberry sauced meatballs

  • Step 1
    Mix till all ingredients come together. Roll in balls and bake on a sided sheet pan approx. 30 minutes till brown.
  • Step 2
    Turn meatballs over after 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Make cranberry sauce by heating one can of jellied cranberry sauce, 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 12oz. jar Chili Sauce (I use Heinz) and 1 Tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice. Heat till all is melted. Pour over meatballs and bake 30 minutes.
