  • 2 #
    ground beef
  • 1 cup
    corn flake crumbs
  • 1/3 cup
    parsley flakes
  • 2
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1/3 cup
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp
    grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 can
    jellied cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1-12oz
    jar chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Cranberry Sauced Meatballs


  1. Mix till all ingredients come together. Roll in balls and bake on a sided sheet pan approx. 30 minutes till brown.
  2. Turn meatballs over after 10 minutes.
  3. Make cranberry sauce by heating one can of jellied cranberry sauce, 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 12oz. jar Chili Sauce (I use Heinz) and 1 Tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice. Heat till all is melted. Pour over meatballs and bake 30 minutes.
