Ingredients
- 2 # - ground beef
- 1 cup - corn flake crumbs
- 1/3 cup - parsley flakes
- 2 - eggs
- 2 Tbsp - soy sauce, low sodium
- 1/3 cup - ketshup
- 1/2 tsp - garlic powder
- 2 tbsp - grated onion
- 1/2 tsp - salt and pepper
- 1 can - jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp - brown sugar
- 1-12oz - jar chili sauce
- 1 tbsp - lemon juice
How To Make cranberry sauced meatballs

Step 1Mix till all ingredients come together. Roll in balls and bake on a sided sheet pan approx. 30 minutes till brown.

Step 2Turn meatballs over after 10 minutes.

Step 3Make cranberry sauce by heating one can of jellied cranberry sauce, 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 12oz. jar Chili Sauce (I use Heinz) and 1 Tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice. Heat till all is melted. Pour over meatballs and bake 30 minutes.
