eggs beaten
1 c
dry bread crumbs
1/3 c
minced parsley
2 Tbsp
onion, chopped finely
1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
jellied cranberry sauce
1 bottle
chili sauce
1/3 c
ketchup
2 Tbsp
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbsp
lemon juice

How to Make Cranberry Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl, combine the eggs, bread crumbs, parsley and onion. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 in balls. Place in a 3-qt slow cooker.
  • 2In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and lemon juice; mix well. Pour over the meatballs. Cover and cook on low for 6 hrs or until the meat is no longer pink.
