This was an accident in my kitchen I just wanted some tomatoes and corn and came up with this creation.

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen meatballs
- 2 pounds fresh tomatoes- crushed
- 1 1/2 cups diced green peppers- small
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, light
- 2 cans water
- 30 sprigs fresh oregano chopped
- 30 sprigs fresh parsley chopped
- 1 sprig bay leaf
- 1 1/2 cups fresh sweet corn
- 1 cup diced sweet onion
- 2 teaspoons white pepper

Step 1Place the green peppers and onion in pan and lightly cook until translucent...

Step 2add everything else except the water and soup and cook on a slow simmer for about 2- hours

Step 3Add the soup- water and cook for another 2-3 hours. Make some Pasta if desired. I like to use macaroni. Bake some bread and it's dinner time.
