Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 liter onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup frozen corn thawed
- 15 ounces can chlli
- 15 ounces can pork and beans
- 15 ounces can tomato sauce
- 4 ounces can green chilies drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 serrano chili seeded and chopped
How To Make cowboy stew

Step 1In a large skillet add the ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Add the corn, chili, pork and beans, tomato sauce, and green chilies. Cook 15 minutes.

Step 2Ladle into bowls and top with cheddar cheese and serrano chilies
