This is a great recipe for a quick hardy meal. I usually serve this with cornbread.

Ingredients

1 lb
hamburger
1 can(s)
ranch style beans
1 can(s)
corn (undrained)
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes
1
potato (diced)
salt and pepper

How to Make Cowboy Stew

Step-by-Step

  • 1Salt and pepper then brown hamburger. Drain off the grease. Open the cans Rotel, beans and corn. Pour in with the meat. Dice the potato and add to the pot. Cook until the potato is fork tender. You might need to add a small amount of water as it cooks.
