I made this recipe from stuff in the pantry and fridge when my son-in-law showed up with our grandkids unexpectedly. It was a big hit, and now I make it whenever they come over. I've made it for others, and everybody loves it.

beef stew meat

cheddar cheese soup
1 can(s)
fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 can(s)
beef bullion
1 large
onion chopped (or bag of frozen chopped onion)
1 jar(s)
pimientos (large)
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
2 box
thin spaghetti

How to Make Cowboy Spaghetti


  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2On stove, very slowly cook stew meat with onions. Drain most of the grease.
  • 3Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix well all other ingredients except the spaghetti.
  • 4Cook the spaghetti according to the package, but on the al dente side (so it can absorb the other stuff as it bakes). Drain.
  • 5Combine all ingredients together and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
