2 lbbeef stew meat
1 can(s)cheddar cheese soup
1 can(s)fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 can(s)cream of celery soup
1 can(s)beef bullion
1 largeonion chopped (or bag of frozen chopped onion)
1 jar(s)pimientos (large)
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
2 boxthin spaghetti
How to Make Cowboy Spaghetti
- On stove, very slowly cook stew meat with onions. Drain most of the grease.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix well all other ingredients except the spaghetti.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package, but on the al dente side (so it can absorb the other stuff as it bakes). Drain.
- Combine all ingredients together and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
