cowboy spaghetti
I made this recipe from stuff in the pantry and fridge when my son-in-law showed up with our grandkids unexpectedly. It was a big hit, and now I make it whenever they come over. I've made it for others, and everybody loves it.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can beef bullion
- 1 large onion chopped (or bag of frozen chopped onion)
- 1 jar pimientos (large)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 boxes thin spaghetti
How To Make cowboy spaghetti
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350.
-
Step 2On stove, very slowly cook stew meat with onions. Drain most of the grease.
-
Step 3Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix well all other ingredients except the spaghetti.
-
Step 4Cook the spaghetti according to the package, but on the al dente side (so it can absorb the other stuff as it bakes). Drain.
-
Step 5Combine all ingredients together and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
