Cowboy Spaghetti

Julie Johnson

I made this recipe from stuff in the pantry and fridge when my son-in-law showed up with our grandkids unexpectedly. It was a big hit, and now I make it whenever they come over. I've made it for others, and everybody loves it.

    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can(s)
    fiesta nacho cheese soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup

    pimientos (large)
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 box
    thin spaghetti

How to Make Cowboy Spaghetti

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. On stove, very slowly cook stew meat with onions. Drain most of the grease.
  3. Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix well all other ingredients except the spaghetti.
  4. Cook the spaghetti according to the package, but on the al dente side (so it can absorb the other stuff as it bakes). Drain.
  5. Combine all ingredients together and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
