How to Make Cowboy Ranchero Beef
- Cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes, or any beef that is pre-cut will work. Cook till just browned. Rinse nopalitos in colander.
- Add salsa and nopalitos mix until combined. Add yellow pepper and cover for about 45 minutes on low heat stirring occasionally.
- Check to make sure its fork tender and enjoy with rice, beans and tortillas.
