Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup rice, instant and uncooked
- 1 can (14 ounce) whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can (14 ounce) stewed tomatos, undrained
- 1 can (14 ounce) tomato with chiles, undrained
- 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
How To Make cowboy hash

Step 1Brown the ground beef in a LARGE skillet.

Step 2Add rice, uncooked. Let it brown a little bit in the drippings. 1-2 minutes tops.

Step 3Add the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT the cheese, and cook for 15-20 minutes covered or until the rice is done, stirring occasionally.

Step 4During the last 5 minutes or so, sprinkle the cheese on top and put the lid back on until the cheese melts.

Step 5Serve casserole style with cornbread!
