2/3 cmilk

4 Tbspsour cream

3/4 tsponion powder

1/4 tspblack pepper

2 cfrozen tator tots

1 can(s)cream of chicken condensed soup
How to Make Cowboy Casserole
- Brown ground beef and chopped onion until done. Stir in the corn, soup, 1 /2 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and pepper.
- Place 1 cup of tator tots in bottom of a 3 cup baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam or a cooking spray. Layer with beef mixture and remaining Tator Tots. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
