ground chuck cooked
1 (large) can(s)
baked beans
1 c
mexican blend shredded cheese
1 can(s)
homestyle biscuits
1/2 small
onion (chopped)
1 bottle
barbecue sauce

How to Make Cowboy Cassarole


  • 1Cook the ground chuck and onion up in a skillet, drain off any excess grease.
  • 2Spray cassarole dish and add cooked ground chuck and onions.
    Pour bbq sauce over.
    Top with baked beans.
    Layer with raw biscuits and sprinkle with cheese.
  • 3Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or so.
