Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck cooked
- 1 (large) can baked beans
- 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 can homestyle biscuits
- 1/2 small onion (chopped)
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
How To Make cowboy cassarole

Step 1Cook the ground chuck and onion up in a skillet, drain off any excess grease.

Step 2Spray cassarole dish and add cooked ground chuck and onions. Pour bbq sauce over. Top with baked beans. Layer with raw biscuits and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 3Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or so.
