cowboy burgers
I got this recipe from Whole Foods website. This is a wonderful recipe, my husband asks me to make these almost every weekend. Note* We only use 1 or 2 jalapenos or it is too spicy for us

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 small jalapenos, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 or 5 large hamburger buns
How To Make cowboy burgers

Step 1Mix all ingredients together (except buns of coarse) and make patties

Step 2Grill for about 15 minutes each side

Step 3Add your favorite toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, etc
