country steak & gravy
We call our deep freeze the pit. I got a brilliant idea to use a plastic long container to line up my meat so it doesn't get lost down at the bottom. I have thrown out so much meat in the past. It is my husbands job to pick the meat out and I come up with what I am gonna cook for dinner. Yesterday he pulled out a chuck roast. I made a gravy to go along with the meat with loads of onions. It turned out tender with a great flavor.
