3 lb
beef roast
1 pkg
onion soup mix
10-3/4 oz
can cream of mushroom soup

How to Make Country Roast

Step-by-Step

  • 11. Place roast on heavy foil. Sprinkle dry soup
    mixture over roast, spread mushroom soup over top.
    Wrap tightly with foil.
  • 22. Bake at 325 degrees in roasting pan for 3 1/2 hours.
  • 33. To prepare gravy, add milk to pan drippings, stir
    well and heat through.
