Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef roast
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 10-3/4 ounces can cream of mushroom soup
How To Make country roast

Step 11. Place roast on heavy foil. Sprinkle dry soup mixture over roast, spread mushroom soup over top. Wrap tightly with foil.

Step 22. Bake at 325 degrees in roasting pan for 3 1/2 hours.

Step 33. To prepare gravy, add milk to pan drippings, stir well and heat through.
