Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup with herbs
- 1 can beef broth. don't use chicken broth or it won't taste right
- 1 package frozen veggies, i use broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon each basil and thyme
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup flour
How To Make country meatball ragout

Step 1Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt. Shape into meatballs

Step 2In large skillet brown meatballs in oil. Pour off fat.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT water and flour and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally

Step 4Gradually blend water into flour until smooth. Slowly stir into stew. Cook, stirring until thickened. Serve.
