Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 - egg beaten
  • 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - small onion minced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 package lipton onion soup mix

How To Make country harvest meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Take ground beef and break up in medium bowl. Add all of the ingredients (only half of the ketchup) and fold together to make sure that all of the ingredients are even throughout the meat.
  • Step 3
    Shape into the loaf form that you want and place in a 9x12 inch baking dish. Take the rest of the ketchup and spread evenly on top of the meatloaf. Cover with tin foil and place in the oven 1 hour. For the last 15 minutes, uncovered.
