chopped onion

frozen broccoli, corn and red peppers

mushroom soup
1 can(s)
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1.5 c
rice, instant

How to Make Country Beef and Rice


  • 1Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp.
  • 2Remove bacon and set aside.
  • 3Brown beef with onion in hot drippings in skillet; drain fat.
  • 4Add vegetables, soup, water and garlic powder.
  • 5Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
  • 6Stir in bacon and rice. Cover; remove from heat.
  • 7Let stand 5 minutes.
  • 8Makes 4 servings.
