2 slicebacon, cut into 1 inch pieces

1/2 cchopped onion

2 cfrozen broccoli, corn and red peppers

How To Make country beef and rice

1Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp.

2Remove bacon and set aside.

3Brown beef with onion in hot drippings in skillet; drain fat.

4Add vegetables, soup, water and garlic powder.

5Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.

6Stir in bacon and rice. Cover; remove from heat.

7Let stand 5 minutes.
