How to Make Cottage Pie AKA Pastes-de-Papas


  1. Preparation:
    Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees
    Mash the potatoes, and when they are ready, proceed to fry the onion, cilantro, peppers, tomato and bacon pieces and then add the meat, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Using a suitable mold/pan, you should put a layer of mashed, then put a layer of meat, then another layer of mashed, put on the shredded mozzarella and some browned butter. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. After this time check if it is cooked and if so it is time to remove it to taste.
